  • Pre-Enrollment Advice: It’s advised to read all terms and conditions before completing the enrollment process.

  • Fees & Payments

    • EMI Facility: Candidates opting for EMI must make timely payments. A delay of even one day incurs a ₹750 charge, and sessions may be paused until dues are cleared.
    • Cheque Payments: A bounced cheque will result in a ₹750 penalty.
    • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments are non-refundable. ProiDeators reserves the right to postpone/reschedule batches under unforeseen circumstances.
    • Mode Shift: If the course delivery mode changes from classroom to online, no refunds will be processed.
    • Lecture Attendance: Attending any session voids refund eligibility.
    • Online Course Refunds: Not applicable for the Online Advanced Digital Marketing Certification Course.
    • Registration Fees: Refundable only within 5 days from admission, minus a ₹7000 administrative fee.
    • Refund Timeline: Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 working days post formalities.
    • Instalment Defaults: Non-payment beyond 15 days from due date may lead to admission cancellation.
